Hi, I’m Melodie and I am so glad you’re here! You might be wondering who the hell I am and why I’m here writing all the things for everyone to read. Fair questions – sometimes, I ask them of myself. My goal is to share my seriously messy story with others while giving a little hope and humor along the way. I think there’s an incredible thread of redemption throughout my story. I hope you can see that in mine and maybe it helps you see it in your story as well.

I’m a 30 year old Lawrence, Kansas native who now resides in Nashville by way of an 8 year stint in Texas. I am a toddler mom and still figuring out the marriage thing with a very patient man. Honestly, we won’t ever have any of it totally figured out.
